Safe Space and Mentoring
Creating a safe environment for the group on the initial meeting and first session together, we decide our working agreement and talk to each other about how we should conduct the sessions, all facilitators and participants input is valid.
We look at the group and individuals needs, a code of conduct is devised that is signed by everyone.
