Principles of the Talking Circle:

The Facilitator will guide the participants through the principles of
the talking piece and the etiquette of the circle;
The person with the talking piece is the only one that speaks
Be spontaneous with your words and don’t plan what you’re going to say
Be succinct with your speech
Speak from the heart
Actively Listen
The talking piece will move in the direction of the sun
